Senior Associate, Law Firm, $ 200 - 400 000 Partner Designate

Our law firm client are seeking to appoint  a Senior Associate with diverse litigation  experience. This is a future Partner opportunity and we are looking for a candidate from a top 50 law firm. A client following is disirable and will be linked to your Partner promotion. Promotion is envisaged within twelve - eighteen months.

Qualifications Sought:

Job Specification:
• Qualified candidates will have significant experience handling complex litigation matters from inception through resolution, including:
• Drafting and responding to pleadings
• Managing written and electronic discovery, including e-discovery strategy
• Drafting and arguing dispositive and non-dispositive motions
• Taking and defending depositions
• Leading or substantially participating in mediations and trials
• Mentoring junior attorneys and collaborating with other lawyers throughout the firm.

Responsibility:
• Qualified candidates will have significant experience handling complex litigation matters from inception through resolution, including:
