About the Opportunity:
Our client is looking for an experienced and strategic Client Success and Delivery Director to lead enterprise client relationships, drive delivery excellence, and grow strategic accounts.
This is a high-visibility leadership role for someone who can operate confidently with senior client stakeholders, oversee complex delivery environments, and turn strong delivery performance into long-term account growth. The right candidate will bring a blend of executive presence, operational discipline, managed services leadership, and commercial acumen.
This role is ideal for a leader who has successfully managed enterprise relationships, led multi-functional delivery teams, expanded client accounts, and helped build scalable offshore or global delivery capabilities.

What Our Client Is Looking For:
The client is seeking a senior leader with a strong track record in client success, delivery leadership, and revenue growth across enterprise accounts.
The ideal candidate will bring:
• Deep experience managing executive-level client relationships
• Strong leadership across complex delivery programs and managed services environments
• A history of growing accounts through strategic planning and trusted advisory engagement
• Experience driving delivery governance, quality, and operational rigor.
• The ability to lead and develop geographically distributed teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
Client Success and Delivery Leadership:
• Partner with client CTOs and senior technology leaders to shape short-term and long-term technology and transformation strategies
• Lead end-to-end client delivery and success across strategic enterprise accounts.
• Serve as the executive point of contact for clients, ensuring strong alignment, satisfaction, and retention.
• Execute governance models including quarterly business reviews, executive briefings, and success reviews.
• Identify account expansion opportunities and align internal teams to deliver measurable business value.
Account Growth and Expansion:
• Drive revenue growth across assigned accounts through strategic planning and white-space identification
• Develop account-specific growth plans aligned to client priorities, innovation goals, and transformation initiatives.
• Partner with sales and practice leaders to align delivery success with upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
New Account Acquisition and Go-to-Market Support:
• Support acquisition of new clients through solutioning, bid support, and relationship development.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on vertical and industry go-to-market initiatives.
• Represent the organization in client meetings, industry events, and relevant external forums.
Delivery Execution and Quality Management:
• Oversee cross-functional delivery teams to ensure delivery excellence, SLA performance, and proactive risk management.
• Establish and monitor KPIs tied to delivery quality, timelines, budget performance, and client feedback.
• Drive delivery standardization, agile best practices, and continuous improvement
• Own delivery governance with internal and client stakeholders.
• Help establish and scale offshore or global capability center models that support high-quality, cost-efficient delivery.
Managed Services Leadership:
• Lead large managed services engagements. including transition planning, operational setup, SLA design, and long-term client management
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver continuous improvement, automation, and measurable business outcomes.
Team Leadership and Development:
• Lead, coach, and mentor geographically. distributed delivery and client success teams
• Build succession plans, career development paths, and growth opportunities for high-potential talent.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and customer focus.
Key Performance Areas:
• Growth of assigned client account revenue
• Expansion of services and project footprint within existing accounts.
• Contribution to new client wins and new project acquisition.
• High client satisfaction and retention.
• Improvement in delivery quality, efficiency and margin performance.
• Strong team engagement, development, and leadership retention.
Qualifications:
• 15+ years of experience in delivery, account management, client success, or related leadership roles within IT services, digital services, or managed services environments
• Proven track record of growing enterprise accounts and leading large, complex engagements.
• Strong understanding of delivery methodologies such as Agile, ITIL, and DevOps
• Experience working with executive client stakeholders and leading strategic business reviews.
• Demonstrated success in mentoring and developing high-performing teams
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed, client-facing environment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving.
