As Director of People & Talent, you will be first dedicated People & Talent hire. You will own end-to-end global People & Talent strategy. The expectation is that People & Talent strategy and execution will attract and retain top talent in the market, and that our company culture will function as a strategic asset for the company.

To achieve this, you will initially operate across the full spectrum of People & Talent, from core strategy to day-to-day execution - as part of building out the Talent & People function at Unleash.
