Our client a top-drawer interior design house and iconic sports car manufacturer situated in Milan are expanding expanding business in Europe. They are seeking to appoint a Project Lead / Senior Interior Designer to join its newly referbished Milan office.
This role offers the opportunity to lead a exceptional interior design project, working with international brands across luxury hospitality and residential sectors.
You will collaborate with anaward-winning team on projects that are conceptually rich, meticulously detailed and created for some of the world’s most respected brands and clients.
We are seeking a design professional with the following credentials:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Fluency in Italian and English (written and verbal).
• 8-12+ years of architecture/interior design experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or client- facing role.
• Software proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office Suite and other Project management tools.
• Lead and oversee the production of comprehensive drawing sets (DD/CD phases) in alignment with design intent and local regulations.
• Develop custom millwork, detailing and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers and contractors to ensure accurate implementation.
• Conduct site reviews and support during construction administration.
• Ensure design documentation meets local code and permitting requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Project Directors and Creative Director across global teams.
• Relocation - immigration to Italy is a possibility.
• A Golden Hello could be a possibility.
