Requirements
• Education: J.D. degree from an accredited US law school.
: Usually 4–6+ years of specialized experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Knowledge Curation: Creating and managing databases, templates, and model documents to streamline deal or litigation work.
• Innovation & Tech: Implementing AI-powered tools and legal technology solutions to enhance productivity.
• Legal Expertise: Staying current on legal developments to ensure firm precedents are up-to-date.
• Training & Support: Providing research support and training for attorneys to improve practice efficiency. Experience in a large law firm setting.
• Skills: Strong legal research, analytical skills, and knowledge management principles.
