• Provide expert advice to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and family offices on tailored estate planning strategies
• Design and implement sophisticated tax planning structures aimed at minimizing gift, estate, generation-skipping transfer, and income tax liabilities
• Draft and review complex trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and other essential estate planning documents

Trusts & Estates Attorney - High Net Worth & Ultra-High Net Worth Planning
A prestigious national law firm is actively seeking a talented Trusts & Estates Attorney with 4 to 10 years of experience to join its dynamic team. (We also have a Cayman Islands client that is seeking a 2/3 person team). These unique opportunities for an attorney/team to collaborate with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients on intricate planning matters, working alongside some of the in.
Qualifications:
• This position is ideal for a go-getter, someone who is motivated, ambitious, and eager to maximize their income and impact
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active and good-standing Florida Bar license
• 3–5 years of hands-on estate planning experience, including drafting and closing client matters
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Professional, proactive, and relationship-oriented approach to legal practice
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive: Anticipate needs and take initiative without waiting for direction
• Integrity: Uphold honesty, confidentiality, and the highest ethical standards
• Relationship-First: Build trust-based, positive relationships with clients and colleagues
