Our client, an established leader in the industry, is seeking a seasoned professional to lead their
Facilities Planning & Operations team. This is a rare opportunity to combine strategic oversight, operational excellence, and sustainability innovation in a leadership role that will shape the future of this prestigious property.
What You’ll Do:
As the Senior Director, you'll take charge of planning, managing, and optimizing facilities operations:
, Ensuring every corner of the property operates at its best. Your responsibilities will include:
• Strategic Vision & Oversight:
Lead the planning, budgeting, and execution of major repairs, renovations, and improvements to achieve long-term operational excellence.
• Energy Efficiency & Sustainability:
Drive energy-saving measures, green initiatives, and ESG compliance to position the property as a leader in sustainability.
• Leadership & Innovation:
Coach and inspire a sizable team while fostering innovative approaches to facilities management.
• Executive Collaboration:
Provide strategic advice to the Executive Leadership Committee on capital expenditures, project status, and long-term asset planning.
• Operational Excellence:
Ensure the flawless operation and maintenance of all physical, structural, and mechanical aspects, from HVAC systems to furniture and fixtures.
What We’re Looking For:
If you’re ready to take on this exciting challenge, you must have:A Bachelor’s Degree or above in Facilities Management, Engineering, or Real Estate (professional certifications are required):
• 15+ years of experience
(with at least 10 years in a leadership role), managing large-scale facilities or assets.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. With the ability to coach and inspire your team.
• Proven expertise in strategic planning, budget management and contractor coordination.
• A passion for sustainability, innovation, and operational excellence.
• Proficiency in English is essential, and fluency in Chinese is highly desirable.
