Working as a Senior Ski Lift Maintenance Director/Engineer - Hotel.
We are seeking to find the above mentioned engineering professional.
Hotel work will also include lift maintenence, organising decorating contracts and inspecting work.
This role is predominantly a cross functional role assisting in a general operational capacity whilst taking on the responsibility for overseeing hotel and ski lift maintenance.
You will oversea and direct transportation of guests to, from and within resort and be responsible for the presentation of the company vehicle fleet consistent with company standards.
You will help deliver a safe environment for guests in outdoor areas. You will be responsible for the maintenance of the fabric of the buildings to a standard consistent with company expectations.
You will manage the ski hire facility which will include the delivery of well-maintained ski and snowboard equipment and associated products to guests. You will from time to time assist with the operation of the Chalet bar and maintaining the bar area to a standard consistent with Company expectations.
Requirements:
• Experience of Ski Lift Maintenance and inspections.
• Oversee contract engineers and ensure thier work is to a high standard.
• Proven experience in the building / property maintenance trade.
• A clean driving licence, preferably with experience of driving vans/minibuses.
• Responsible for proactive maintenance around all areas of the property.
• Prioritising and addressing any remedial property maintenance issues.
• Driving guests in a safe, compliant manner.
• Ensuring that all vehicles are maintained in a manner compliant with company standards.
• Being a ‘go to’ person for all ski equipment matters.
• Managing the ski/board equipment hire function and associated processes.
• Ensuring that all ski/boarding equipment is maintained in a manner compliant with company standards.
• Ensuring the maintenance of the outside environment to company standards.
• Assisting with the running of the bar and associated processes to provide an environment consistent with company standards.
Experience of Doppelmayr Garaventa Group Equipment is required.
Your prime work is Ski Lift, hotel work is mainly delegation.
