Facilities Director - Bangkok.

1. Operational Leadership & Portfolio Management.
• Lead and manage multi-site FM and IFM operations across all segments.
• Ensure consistent delivery of company standards, service quality, and operational excellence.


• Oversee contract mobilization, service delivery, and lifecycle management.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
2. Financial Performance & Business Sustainability.
• Own full P&L accountability across all contracts (revenue, cost, EBIT)
• Deliver financial targets in line with annual budget and 3-year business plan
• Monitor and control OPEX and CAPEX to ensure financial sustainability
• Optimize cost structures while identifying opportunities to enhance profitability.


3. Client Relationship & Contract Management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure contractual obligations are fully. delivered and client expectations are exceeded.
• Drive client retention and satisfaction through proactive engagement.
• Support business development through operational input, pricing strategy, and risk assessment.
4. Governance, Risk & Compliance.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE, legal, and regulatory requirements.  
• Implement operational governance, policies, and procedures across all sites.
• Manage operational risks and ensure mitigation plans are in place.


• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to company standards.
5. Strategy Execution & Transformation.
• Translate business strategy into operational execution across all contracts.
• Lead transformation initiatives, including process improvement and digital adoption (e.g., CAFM/CMMS).
• Support long-term planning and portfolio optimization.
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to strategic expansion.
6. People Leadership & Organizational Development.


• Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing operations team (including Operations Managers, Contract Managers, and Site Leaders).
• Drive talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and foster a performance-driven culture
• Coach and mentor leaders across the organization.


7. Stakeholder Management & Reporting.
• Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on operational, financial, and client performance.
• Represent company in client meetings, industry forums, and business engagements
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, HSE, Procurement, BD).

• Financial Performance: Achieve and sustain financial targets (revenue, EBIT, cost control) in line with annual budgets and long-term plans Client Satisfaction & Growth: Maintain high client satisfaction, ensure contract retention, and support business growth through strong client partnerships.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with HSE, legal, and operational standards, with strong governance frameworks embedded across all sites.


• People & Leadership Development: Build a high-performing organization with strong leadership capability, succession planning, and employee engagement.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation through process optimization, digital tools (e.g., CAFM/CMMS), and new ways of working to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Sustainability Impact: Implement. sustainability initiatives aligned with company commitments, including energy efficiency, waste reduction, and responsible resource management.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and contractual risks to protect the business, clients, and company’s reputation.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• MBA or relevant certifications (CFM, PMP, LEED) preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in operations or facilities management, with multi-site responsibility.
• Proven track record in P&L management and contract operations.
• Experience in integrated services or service industry (FM, IFM, Corporate Services)
• Strong financial acumen and commercial mindset.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Strategic thinking with strong execution capability.
• Experience in managing large teams and complex operations.
• Ability to drive transformation, change management, and performance improvement.
