• This role involves working within the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group, managing complex commercial litigation, and representing clients in various insurance coverage matters
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
• Manage and prioritize a diverse caseload
• Work closely with partners on complex litigation matters
• Communicate effectively with clients and other parties involved in litigation
