A big-ticket leasing lawyer- partner that specializes in high-value asset and equipment finance transactions, typically involving property or equipment valued in the millions or billions of dollars. Our partner attorney will be able to structure, draft, and negotiate complex financing and lease arrangements for major capital assets.
The focus -
Transportation Assets: Structuring cross-border and domestic leases for commercial aircraft, maritime vessels (barges, tankers), and railroad rolling stock.
Complex Financial Structures: Draft tax-motivated "true leases," synthetic leases (off-balance sheet loans), commercial paper conduit transactions, and securitizations.
Commercial Real Estate: Managing ground leases, air rights, and multi-million dollar asset rollouts or sale-leasebacks.
Large-Scale Infrastructure & Technology: Financing and leasing for data centers, energy networks, and high-value tech infrastructure.
Your clients will include:

*Equity investors and arrangers;
*Global leasing corporations and manufacturers;
*Export credit agencies;
*Aircraft;

*Synthetic or true leasing;

We have two opportunities. Firstly a large global law firm secondly a boutique law firm, that has a partner looking to retire. Succession is the plan with a six month lead-out.
